Brett Ratner is directing that long-awaited “Midnight Run” sequel, according to Deadline.
The flick, now on a rewrite with David Elliot & Paul Lovett, sees Robert De Niro reprise his role as bounty hunter Jack Walsh.
Still no word on whether Charles Grodin – who has essentially retired from acting – will reprise his role as ‘The Duke’, but I’m guessing the appointed director won’t do a lot to sway him.
