Cast of Ron Howard’s Origin of Species to include Ana De Armas, Jude Law

The movie will shoot in Australia

Blonde actress Ana De Amas is just one of the thesps aboard Ron Howard survival thriller Origin of Species, which is being shopped at Cannes this week.

Jude Law, Alicia Vikander and Daniel Daniel Brühl are also attached to the Imagine Entertainment production, set to shoot in Queensland, Australia later this year.

Deadline, who have the scoop, say the film is being described as an “a darkly comic tale of murder and survival, set around a group of eclectic characters who abandon civilization for the Galapagos. They are all searching for the answer to that ever-pressing question that plagues us all: what is the meaning of life.”
