The “Terminator 6” moniker can melt away like a liquefied time-traveler now. Paramount announced at CinemaCon today that the new film will simply be called “Terminator” (you’ll recall the original James Cameron film was called “The Terminator”) and reiterated the reprise of Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor by having her phizog on the art.
The Tim Miller directed film, due November 2019, stars Hamilton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mackenzie Davis, Diego Boneta and… whoever ends up playing John Connor.
It appears Paramount and @Skydance revealed the title for what we've all been calling T6. At CinemaCon in Las Vegas, promotional art hangs with the new title: "TERMINATOR"! This will be a direct sequel to T2 and will star Arnold and Linda Hamilton! @JimCameron #TimMiller pic.twitter.com/04qAhdtM44
