Guillermo del Toro’s next film looks to be a live-action take on Frankenstein, set up with Netflix, says Deadline.
The Oscar winning director of last year’s Pinocchio would write and direct the pic, which Andrew Garfield, Oscar Isaac and Mia Goth are in early talks to star in.
The trade adds that no formal offers have been given to the actors yet but they have verbally expressed their interest in doing the film.
Del Toro has been developing a film based on Mary Shelley’s classic for a while.
