Emily the Criminal actor boards Penguin series

Busy young actor Theo Rossi (Emily the Criminal, Army of the Dead, “Luke Cage”) has joined the cast of HBO Max’s “The Penguin” series.

The spin-off of The Batman (2022) movie brings Colin Farrell back to Gotham as Oswald Cobblepot with Cristin Milioti playing female lead Sofia Falcone.

Details on Rossi’s character haven’t been revealed, say Deadline, who had the scoop.
