Female lead cast in Five Nights at Freddy’s, which shoots next week

Elizabeth Lail (“You”) has snagged an unspecified lead role in the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie, per Daniel RPK.

Geek Vibes Nation added that Lail is likely playing prison officer Vanessa, who “leading with a bright and sunny disposition…has a keen understanding of the dark history and inner workings of the restaurant. Not wanting to reveal too much of what she may know, she works to help Mike survive the night”.

The Blumhouse production begins shooting next week.
