“Fist Fight” director Richie Keen will direct Will Ferrell in the recently-announced eSports comedy for Legendary.
It’s another snag in the bag for the up-and-comer who is also on Boom Studios! payroll, where he’s working on Michael Keaton vehicle”Imagine Agents”. Prior to his work in film, Keen directed episodes of such small screen offerings as ”It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”, ”The Goldbergs” and ”Disjointed”.
Jordan Dunn and Michael Kvamme’s film will feature the “Anchorman” star as a member of a professional eSports team, and an anomaly in a sport where players usually retire in their 20s due to slowing hand-eye coordination.
