Kang written out of Avengers 5 following Majors firing

Following Marvel Studio’s axing of Jonathan Majors from the fifth Avengers movie today, the studio is reportedly planning to drop the Kang character from the picture altogether.

After being fired by the studio after being found guilty of harassment and assault, the movie has further reverted from the Avengers : The Kang Dynasty title to now being referred to only as Avengers 5 while Michael Waldron works on a new version of the script.

The Hollywood Reporter, who have the scoop, says one possibility being thrown around is having Doctor Doom be the villain of the picture.
