News out of CineEurope is that “Paranormal 7” is officially in development at Paramount, with Paramount Pictures Chairman and CEO Jim Gianopulos making the announcement.
“We are partnering with uber horror producer Jason Blum to bring a new installment of Paranormal Activity,” Gianopulos announced.
It’s only been 10 years since the first chapter of “Paranormal Activity” spooked us all, which marks an impressive number of sequels in that time. The films have made over $890 million worldwide at the box office – impressive numbers considering the small budgets they have been made on.
