X-Men faves Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen look to reprise their roles as Charles ‘Professor X’ Xavier and Magneto, respectively, in the upcoming Deadpool 3.
Stewart told ComicBook.com that he’s been “told to stand by” but that he knows “nothing more than that, honest.”
The film would reunite Stewart’s Magneto with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, who last shared the screen in 2019’s Logan.
The year-old “Picard” star hinted that McKellen was joining him.
“We’re not done, Sir Ian and myself. We’re… we got plans.”
According to MyTimeToShineHello, the X-Men characters will likely also show up Secret Wars.
