Resident Evil reboot pushed to November

Sony has moved the “Resident Evil” reboot out of the scary movie season and closer to Thanksgiving.

Zombie-franchise redo “Resident Evil : Welcome to Raccoon City”, previously locked in for a September 3 bow, will now open November 24, 2021.

Not connected to the Paul W.S Anderson/Milla Jovovich run of “Resident Evil” films, Johannes Roberts’ restart tells of the very first zombie outbreak inside Racoon City. Robbie Amell, of “The Flash”, Hannah John-Kamen, Tom Hopper, Avan Jogia, and Kaya Scodelario star.
