Tillman boards M:I 8, Rourke in Bring the Law

A couple of action movie tidbits

Severance actor Tramell Tillman has landed a role in the next Mission : Impossible movie.

Joining franchise newcomers Katy O’Brian, Nick Offerman and Hannah Waddingham, the Tom Cruise-starring sequel was originally titled Mission : Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 2 but it’s now believed it’ll be marketed as more a stand-alone film with a different title.

M:I 8 is out May 23, 2025.

Mickey Rourke (Domino, The Expendables) will star alongside Peter Facinelli, Nicky Whelan, Danielle Harris, Brendan Fehr, and Leah Pipes in Bring the Law, an action-thriller directed by Scout Taylor Compton and hailing from Hillin Entertainment and produced by Daemon Hillin and Carolina Brasil.

Per Daily Mail, “Bring The Law will be centered on an emotionally devastated homicide detective who begins to unravel a conspiracy centered on corruption in Los Angeles.”

The movie, which recently wrapped in L.A, is written by Josh Ridgway from a story by Daniel Figueiredo.
