A couple of promos for some of the year’s most anticipated new small-screen offerings have been released.
“Four Weddings and a Funeral”, an anthology rom-com inspired by the film of the same name, was written by Mindy Kaling and Matt Warburton. Kaling also executive produces, with Zoe Boyle, Nathalie Emmanuel, Guz Khan, Sophia La Porta, Harish Patel, Nikesh Patel, John Reynolds, Rebecca Rittenhouse and Brandon Mychal Smith starring. The series premieres July 31 on Hulu.
“SeaChange”, a sequel to the classic ’90s series of the same name, sees Sigrid Thornton’s Laura Gibson headed back to the picturesque coastal community to assist single mother daughter, Miranda (Brooke Satchwell).
The series, which will also feature original “SeaChange” players John Howard, Kevin Harrington and Kerry Armstrong, has no air date as yet.
