A Foxy Rushmore reunion

Murray, Schwartzman and Anderson reunite

Rushmore (now there’s a film I think is overvalued; sure it was OK, but was it that good?) duo Bill Murray and Jason Schwartzman will re-team for director Wes Anderson’s next pic “The Fantastic Mr Fox”, which’ll be one of those stop-motion animation thingies that’ll require nothing but voice from its talent.

“George Clooney is going to be Mr. Fox. Bill Murray has a part. Jason [Schwartzman] is doing a voice. That’s our team,” Anderson tells MTV, forgetting to mention Cate Blanchett who’s voicing the role of Mr Fox’s Mrs.

“It will take a couple years to do the animating,” he added. “It’s like ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ or those Christmas specials. These [characters] have fur, so it’s not like claymation.”

Could be good. Then again, I said the same about “Chicken Little” and when I think back on that… I think Panadol. Or a lack of it.
