Hot on the heels of a tantalizing succession of rumors about the long-gestating, Warner Bros has scheduled the Beetlejuice sequel for a September 6, 2024 release.
Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara return along with director Tim Burton and composer Danny Elfman for the film, which begins shooting this month in the UK.
Further, Jenna Ortega has joined the cast as Ryder’s on-screen daughter.
Giant Freakin Robot (with Deadline confirming the scoop) also add that Justin Theroux (“The Mosquito Coast”) has boarded the production. His role remains under wraps.
