“Cloverfield” star Jessica Lucas has joined the cast of “Melrose Place”, says The Hollywood Reporter. Interestingly enough, Lucas recurred on the recent “90210”.
The actress will play Melrose Place resident Riley Richmond, a wealthy and beautiful 24-year-old who works as an inner-city elementary school teacher. She is engaged to Jonah (Michael Rady) but has second thoughts about marrying him.
Lucas joins Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Katie Cassidy (and likely, Heather Locklear) for the “MP” reboot.
