Lionsgate has come on board to develop “Epic Fail”, the brainchild of Ed Helms and producer Nicky Weinstock.
Helms will star in the pic which he will also produce along with Michael Falbo, via their Pacific Electric Picture Company banner, and Weinstock.
“Epic Fail” will follow an elite but unorthodox Special Forces team who embark on a mission to save America, taking their dysfunction and excessive firepower along for the ride.
Mike Arnold and Chris Poole will pen the screenplay and Whitney Thomas, of Invention Films, will exec produce.
