The first trailer for Andrew ‘Chopper’ Dominik’s “Killing Me Softly”, starring Brad Pitt and a packet of dog-eared playing cards, is online.
Based on the book “Cogan’s Trade” (the film’s original title), the pic fixes on three dumb guys – whose names aren’t ‘Peter’ ‘Michael’ and ‘Jack’ and who don’t find a baby on their doorstep – who think they’re smart robbing a Mob protected card game, causing the local criminal economy to collapse. Brad Pitt plays the enforcer hired to track them down and restore order.
James Gandolfini, Scoot McNairy, Ben Mendelsohn, and Vincent Curatola are also in this beauty.
