Former "Home and Away" star Matt Doran – Damian Roberts from 1992 to 1996 – is flying under-the-radar as one of our local busiest film actors.
Doran, who appeared in "Star Wars Episode II : Attack of the Clones", "The Matrix" and "The Thin Red Line", has snagged another plum role in big-time box office bait : Geoffrey Wright’s "M".
Doran, who studied at the Film and TV Academy for a couple of years, joins an all-star cast including Lachy Hulme, Sam Worthington, Gary Sweet, Victoria Hill, Mick Molloy, John Molloy, Steve Bastoni, Michelle Mellgren and Christopher Shen.
The film, now in day-2 of it’s five week shoot, has also attracted another TV show to the mix : Former "Blue Heelers" regular Damien Walshe-Howling, who’s playing a nasty.
