Goosebumps 2 gets title

R.L. Stine, author of the original “Goosebumps” series has announced on twitter that the sequel to “Goosebumps” is to be titled “Slappy Halloween”. In the same tweet the author noted that production had begun, but he has since deleted the tweet.

Soooo that could mean he jumped the gun on the announcement, but that remains to be seen at this stage.

In the first “Goosebumps” film, Jack Black voiced the creepy dummy character of Slappy, but it remains to be seen if he will be back for “Slappy Halloween”.

Stars of the second flick include Madison Iseman, Ben O’Brien, Caleel Harris, Jeremy Ray Taylor and recent additions Ken Jeong, Chris Parnell, and Wendi McLendon-Covey.
