Havoc 2 on DVD in October?

Amber Tamblyn keeping her clothes on, unfortunately

Remember the Amber Tamblyn movie “Normal Adolescent Behaviour”? Well, its just been raped (judging by the ad in Home Media Retailing).

New Line Home Entertainment has slapped a “Havoc 2” on its DVD sleeve and will be shipping it out to stores in October – hoping to lure youngsters with its promise of more tweeny nudity and underage promiscuity.

Best known as the ‘film Anne Hathaway got her hooters out in’, the original “Havoc” told of a curious city-sider who gets in deep with some hooligans. The sequel – the director has to be pissed about that, right? – sees Tamblyn playing Wendy, a pretty close copy of the Hathaway character from the first round (and thus explaining why New Line thought it’d work OK as a sequel).

Oh, and you can forget about seeing Tamblyn’s ta ta’s in it – according to Moriaty at Aint it Cool (who reviewed it as “Normal Adolescent Behaviour”) it’s earned an R-rating mainly for the language and drug use.

“The R appears to be more for the presence of drugs and alcohol, and for the idea of the sexuality discussed in the movie, since there’s almost nothing in the way of nudity”, he said.
