Here’s the main cast of Bill & Ted 3!

A number of original “Bill & Ted” stars will reunite with Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves on the highly-anticipated “Bill & Ted Face the Music”.

The new film, directed by “Galaxy Quest” alum Dean Parisot, the two would-be rockers from San Dimas, California find themselves middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfill their destiny.

In addition to the returning stars, Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine were recently cast as Bill and Ted’s daughters, respectively. Anthony Carrigan has been announced as the villain (rumored to be the son of Death, the character played by William Sadler in “Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey”, who is returning for the new film). And Kid Cudi is also believed to have a part.

For the die-hards, pleasing news that Bill’s stepmother Missy, played by Amy Stoch, and Ted’s father, played by Hal Landon Jr, have also signed on.

Beck Bennett, of “SNL”, is also onboard. He will play an older version of Ted’s younger brother Deacon.

Jayma Mays and Erinn Hayes have signed on to play the spouses – remember the princesses!? – of Bill and Ted, respectively.

Without giving too much away, there’s a few more parts to be cast in the threequel – including some historical figures (yep, looks like Bill & Ted will be traveling back in time again!) :

An Asian Emperor

Babe Ruth

George Washington

Cavemen

Queen Elizabeth

Jesus

Gandhi

and…

Jimi Hendrix!

If you’re wondering if Keanu will be keeping the beard – see above – in his return as ‘Ted’, seems not. Here’s a couple of pics from New Orleans, where Reeves has started shooting..

The film begins shooting on Monday in New Orleans.

Orion Pictures will release ”Bill & Ted Face the Music” on August 21st, 2020.
