Caffeinated Clint
Oscar nominee Jackie Earle Haley, seen recently in the mindless but fun actioner “London has Fallen”, has joined the cast of two rather interesting projects.
First up, the “Watchmen” and “A Nightmare on Elm Street” actor has hopped aboard the film adaptation of Stephen King’s “The Dark Tower”. The thesp plays vampire leader Sayre in the Nikolaj Arcel-directed film, due out January next year.
Next, Haley’s been recruited for a role on Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television’s reboot of “The Tick”. The actor plays the villainous The Terror in the comic book inspired series, starring Peter Serafinowicz in the title role.
Haley is a regular this season on AMC’s “Preacher”.
