The boys from Kings of Leon have revealed Daniel Craig’s asked them not once, but THREE times to write the theme music for one of the Bond films.
In a Twitter chat with Vue Cinemas they said they’ve knocked him back so far, but are thinking about caving in.

I’ve always wanted to work with strings though so maybe yeah, that’ll be a good excuse
You know, this could actually work really well. They’ve got a great sound that could work really well in the style of James Bond, especially with the last two flicks featuring music from Chris Cornell, Alicia Keys and Jack White.
