Well, this seems…slightly different compared to the other thousands of wedding movies out there.
Steve Carell is set to star in an untitled comedy about an FBI wedding.
Variety reports that Carell will star in the film and although a plot line hasn’t been revealed yet, it’s rumored to be similar to both ”Stakeout” and ”My Best Friend’s Wedding” – odd combo.
Phil Alden Robinson, whose credits include ”Field of Dreams” and ”The Sum of All Fears”, is attached to write.
No word yet on who is attached to direct. Charles Segers and Bob Cooper are attached to produce through their Carousel Productions, Sparkler Entertainment and Landscape Entertainment shingles.
