Megan Bay has been fairly vocal when it comes to sharing her feelings on the “Transformers” director – and seems he’s taken note of every sour word she’s said about him. No surprise then that it’s been announced that Paramount will not be picking up Ms Fox’s option for “Transformers 3” – and yep, it was all Bay’s decision.
According to Deadline, Bay and writer Ehren Kruger (“Scream 3”) are finishing up the script, and “giving Shia a new love interest makes more sense for the story”.
There’s already speculation about who the ‘new love interest’ may be : Gemma Arterton, star of the new “Prince of Persia” movie.
The Wrap says Arteron, along with Aussie Miranda Kerr, have tested for Bay already – and it’s the pretty Brit that’s ahead in the race at the moment.
