Dayton Callie, best known for his role as Charlie Utter on the incredible “Deadwood” (you’ll also recall he had a recurring role on David Milch’s follow-up series, the short-lived brain-bonk that was “John from Cincinatti”), has joined the cast of Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” sequel.
“H2” director Rob Zombie announced via his MySpace page that Callie, currently on TVs “Sons of Anarchy”, will play the character of Coroner Alan Hooks.
“H2”, which picks up directly after the events of Zombie’s “Halloween” reboot, stars Scout Taylor-Compton, Tyler Mane, Daniel Roebuck (TVs “Lost”), Chris Hardwicke (Green Arrow from TVs “The Batman”), and Mark Christopher Lawrence (Big Mike from TVs “Chuck”).
