A few years back they were all the rage – until someone put a veto of Leslie Nielsen from stepping onto Hollywood sets for ten years. But now seems the spoof movie is making a conquering revisit. In addition to two more “Scary Movie” movies, plus “Remains of the Piano” [spoofing Merchant – Ivory films], The Z Review is reporting that a film called “Whodunnit” spoofing mystery movies, perceptibly, is about to get the green. According to the site, K.Doucette is penning the film, with Whoopi Goldberg, Jon Lovitz, James Woods and Sarah Rue all interested in jumping aboard.
