The upcoming fifth season of “Person of Interest” will be the final season of the series, reports Variety.
News of the cancellation comes on the same day CBS announced that season five will premiere on May 3. Following eps will air on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10PM, with the series finale due to air on Tuesday, June 21.
“Person of Interest” first premiered in 2011. Created by Jonah Nolan, the series stars Jim Caviezel, Michael Emerson, Amy Acker, Sarah Shahi and Kevin Chapman.
