Hello all!
I’m Phoebe, one of Moviehole’s new[est] recruits. Nothing better than some pocket change, a platform for writing about film and an excuse to resize some jpegs of hot men (*achoo!* Mark Wahlberg *bless me*) me thinks! A journalism student in California, I’ve been a lover of a film for about 28 years, or thereabouts, which is odd considering I’m only now 29, and it’s what led to me this job and what inspired me to actually sign up for what feels like an eternity in higher education.
But enough about me… more about Stephen Collins.
Collins, who you’ll all know from “Seventh Heaven” and of course movies like “Beaches” and “Star Trek…. 2?”, has joined the cast of the Farrelly Brothers’ “Three Stooges” movie. He will play the movies’ villain. The movie has a cast now – Will Sasso, Chris Diamontopoulos and Sean Hayes play the leads – so the film is finally, after many stops and starts, headed before the cameras. Jane Lynch and Larry David were announced for the project last week.
Collins, who THR reminds us, er, me was in “No Ordinary Family” in recent months, will play a character called Mr Harter.
I don’t know whether I’m excited about a “Three Stooges” movie directed by the guys that brought us “Hall Pass” – is anyone?
