A TV remake of the 2010 Angeline Jolie actioner “Salt” is in the works at Sony.
Directed by Phillip Noyce, the original film stared Jolie as a CIA agent who goes on the run after a defector accuses her of being a Russian spy.
A deal hasn’t been done yet, but according to Screen Daily, “studio is pitching the adaptation to broadcasters and co-production partners at this week’s European Film Market”.
