So Bad It’s Good film event! Roadhouse!

See Swayze bouncin’ around in 35mm!

What’s this? a film festival INSPIRED by a Moviehole category, and featuring one of column’s featured? Nah, probably not, but shizzle… its close enough, I thought I’d mention it! and tell me who doesn’t wanna see Patrick Swayze grind Kelly Lynch against a wall in 35mm again!?

So Bad It’s Good Film Fest’s Midnight Screening of ROAD HOUSE- 11/30!

So Bad It’s Good Film Fest presents a midnight showing of the awesomely cheesy Patrick Swayze vehicle Road House at the Vista Theatre. Road House stars Swayze as a veteran bouncer who is hired to restore order to a rowdy bar in Missouri, but soon falls afoul of a local crime boss.

Prizes will be awarded for the attendee with the best mullet haircut. The grand prize is a dinner for two (gift certificate valued at $50) at SoCal’s renowned Saddle Chop House located on the famous Sunset Strip.

Also, Cafe at the Vista (next door to the theater) will be offering their special promotion once again to SBIG fans. Anyone who visits the coffee shop and says ‘ROAD HOUSE ROCKS! will receive one free 12 oz. coffee (regular or decaffeinated) with their purchase. This offer will be valid from Thursday, November 29th until noon, Saturday, December 1, 2007.
