Out promoting his new film “13 Hours”, filmmaker and producer Michael Bay revealed some bits about Platinum Dunes’ upcoming “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows”.
Krang, the tentacled brain in a robot body from Dimension X, is the villain in the new “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film. Bay tells Rolling Stone that the character’s distinctive arms won’t be crossing over to the big screen though.
“He could have some tentacles. I just don’t want them coming out of the side. He looks like a stupid octopus.”
The character is one of several fan favourite additions making their first appearance in the new “Ninja Turtles” movie series; also popping up this time around are Casey Jones (Stephen Amell), Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry), Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (Stephen Farrelly).
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles : Out of the Shadows” opens June 3.
