Terrence Howard has exited Jon Favreau’s ”Iron Man” sequel, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Don Cheadle (“Ocean’s Thirteenâ€, “Traitorâ€) will replace him.
Howard originated the role of Jim Rhodes in this year’s ”Iron Man” and seemed very keen to reprise the role in further sequels – indicating in near every interview he did that he looked forward to play Rhodes’ alter-ego ‘War Machine’ in one of the future movies.
The trade speculates that Howard left the production over money.
