A story in the New York Post reveals that former “Saturday Night Live” cast member and writer Tina Fey may take over from 78-year-old Lorne Michaels as executive producer on the now three-decades old variety program.
According to the outlet, the Baby Mama and Mean Girls star would take over for Michaels when he decides to step down.
A source tells ET Canada that “there is no truth” to the report, though – reiterating Michael’s previous comments that he has no plans to retire.
