Voice actor sheds light on the follow-up
Sounds like the next “Transformers” movie – and after that record breaking opening, it’s a sure thing that there will be a follow up – could be the backstory of the intergalactic shape shifters.
SKNR.net talked to Mark Ryan, who voices Bumblebee in the film, who said he’s “recently recorded more material for the DVD release of the film. It has to do with the Prequel that will set up the second film.”
A prequel would rule out a return appearance by Shia LaBeouf, who essentially walked away with the first film, so that’s the only problem I see there. Otherwise, it might be fun learning a bit about the younger years of our transforming pals.
