Temuera Morrison, likely best known for playing the title role in recent Star Wars spin-off series The Book of Boba Fett, will play Captain Rex in upcoming series Ahsoka. The Once Were Warriors alum played Jango Fett in Star Wars : Episode II – Attack of the Clones; considering all the clone troopers are clones of Fett, it makes sense Morrison will be playing Rex.
Rosario Dawson, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Hayden Christensen, Eman Esfandi, Ivanna Sakhno, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ray Stevenson, and Lars Mikkelsen are also in the series, premiering in August on Disney+. [More…]
Aquaman and Expendables fave Dolph Lundgren has joined the cast of Netflix’s new “The Witcher” spin-off, fixing on the young thieves known as the ‘Rats. The series, which will serve as a prequel to the third season of “The Witcher”, is shooting in South Africa. It’s been suggested the Swedish actor is playing bounty hunter Leo Bonhar. [More…]
