Twister sequel finds its new tornado chaser!

Daisy Edgar-Jones (“Normal People”, Fresh) will star in director Lee Isaac Chung’s sequel to ’90s hit Twister, Deadline reports today.

Twisters, skedded for July 19, 2024, will fix on the daughter of Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton’s storm chasing characters from the Jan de Bont film. Hunt is expected to reprise her role in the new film.

Frank Marshall will produce the movie, with Mark L.Smith on screenplay duty.
