‘Startourage’, a parody of “Entourage” that imagines what would happen if the boys (or specifically, Vinnie Chase) from the hit HBO show got their hands on “Star Wars”, has hit the net and it’s terrific!
The film imagines what would happen if Chase were actually delivering the new “Star Wars” film; Johnny Drama’s doing the voice-over for the teaser, Lloyd is dressed as an Ewok, Harrison Ford’s too stoned to come out of his trailer, and there’s lots and lots of scantily-dressed women.. of course.
The bit was produced in 13 hours at Canyon County by Windowseat. “The whole idea is not to make fun of Entourage or Star Wars, but to pay homage and spoof if in a positive light,” Windowseat Creative Producer Ruth Du tells The Hollywood Reporter.
