Warner Bros are reportedly developing a feature based on the “Superman : Red Son” comic book series.
The title, which figures an alternate life for Kal-El after he lands in Russia instead of the US, has apparently found it’s way to Warner’s to-do list. While it’s likely not going to be before the cameras for a while, the fact an adaptation of the Mark Millar-penned comic could be in development is news enough on it’s own. According to Den of Geek, it might even be further along than that – directors are already being courted to offer their take.
With progress slow on the next “Man of Steel” movie, no surprise to hear Warner might be looking into any and all ‘Super’ options.
