“Snowpiercer” star Daveed Diggs is rumored to have been offered the highly-coveted role of Ben Grimm aka The Thing in Marvel Studio’s Fantastic Four movie.
According to Giant Freakin Robot, when negotiations with That 70’s Show star Mila Kunis to play the character didn’t pan out, the studio courted Diggs – the brilliantly gifted star, writer and producer of Blindspotting.
It’s unknown whether or not the deal is done but if it comes to fruition, this will be a very inspired move on behalf of Marvel, Disney and director Matt Shakman.
The movie is due February 14, 2024.
