Hot package doing the rounds at the moment, Will Ferrell starring in and producing a TV comedy series revolving around a professional golfer.
The Elf actor & Jessica Elbaum’s Gloria Sanchez Productions and Glass Onion‘s Rian Johnson & Ram Bergman’s T-Street have teamed up to develop the show which would see Ferrell’s golfer become the face of a controversial new league competing with the PGA.
Deadline hears the series will have a similar tone to Ferrell’s hit movie Talladega Nights.
Johnson is not expected to write or direct.
