Will Poulter (“The Maze Runner”, “Detroit”, “Dopestick”) has been cast as fan fave Adam Warlock in the upcoming “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”.
Poulter, who was rumoured earlier this week to be the frontrunner for the role of Warlock, was confirmed by Deadline earlier today.
The young actor tested alongside a number of other actors recently and reportedly gave the best screen test, per the trade.
The inclusion of the character in this latest sequel is no surprise, with director James Gunn’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2” teasing him in a post-film sequence.
