While most of Disneyland’s attractions are headed for the big screen, one looks to be utilized for a small screen project.
The Hollywood Reporter says Big Thunder Mountain, the popular western ride at Disneyland, will be the basis of a new ABC Studios (“Lost”) series pilot that Chris Morgan (“Fast & Furious”) is supervising and executive producing. The project, details of which are scarce, will be written by Jason Fuchs.
Other upcoming Disney-park inspired ventures include “Magic Kingdom”, from director Jon Favreau and writer Michael Chabon, and a fifth “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie.
