A Terminator in New York

Sounds like it’s going to be a while before Sam Worthington can tuck into a Four ‘N’ Twenty Pie at a Rabbito’s game. The Aussie actor, whose hit the big time thanks to his roles in the forthcoming “Terminator Salvation” and “Avatar”, is staying put in Tinseltown for a while longer.

Worthington, says Variety, has been snapped up to star opposite Keira Knightley and Eva Mendes in “Last Night”, set to film in New York sometime next month.

The pic marks the feature directing debut of Massy Tadjedin, who wrote the script.

The story follows a married couple, apart for a night while the husband takes a business trip with a colleague to whom he’s attracted. While he’s resisting temptation, his wife encounters her past love.

Been a few beers since “Bootmen”, hey Sam!?
