Clint’s still packing up his valuables….. here’s a quickly put-together compilation of today’s different acting assignments that have crossed the wire…

Freeloaders
Clifton Collins Jr., Josh Lawson, Kevin Sussman, Zoe Boyle, Nat Faxon, Warren Hutchinson, Jane Seymour, Olivia Munn and Dave Foley will star in the Broken Lizard produced movie. Producer amd Counting Crows lead singer Adam Duritz will play a small role. Source : Variety

Law Abiding Citizen
Academy Award Nominee Viola Davis (“Doubt”), Leslie Bibb (“Talladega Nights”), Bruce McGill (“TimeCop”), Colm Meaney (“Con Air”) and Regina Hall (“Scary Movie”) have has joined psychological thriller “Law Abiding Citizen” alongside Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler. Story focuses on a man who, 10 years after his wife and daughter are brutally murdered, returns to exact justice from the assistant district attorney who prosecuted the case against their killers. Ghost Rider 2
Nicolas Cage is attached to a sequel to the superhero dud, “Ghost Rider” – and according to a a couple of fellow webmasters, he’s already got his sights set on a particular storyline (one which is apparently awful). Source : Bloody Disgusting

The Brotherhood of the Rose
Channing Tatum (“G.I Joe”) has been tapped to star in, and Dito Montiel to write and direct “The Brotherhood of the Rose,” an adaptation of the David Morrell novel for Warner Bros. Basil Iwanyk is producing through his Thunder Road banner. Montiel is rewriting an earlier draft from Adam Cozad. In the novel, two orphans are raised by a CIA operative to become assassins, only to become targets themselves. Source : Variety

Mars Needs Moms
Dan Fogler (“Balls of Fury”) will star in the feature film version of the kiddies book. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, it tells of a young boy who must come to his mother’s rescue when she’s kidnapped by martians. Source : Coming Soon

Gulliver’s Travels
Emily Blunt and Jason Segel have been added to the cast of the tiny-people comedy. Blunt will play a Lilliputian princess and Jack Black’s love interest. Segel will play Horatio, Gulliver’s best friend from Lilliput who helps rescue Gulliver when he’s captured. Source : Variety

Cloud Atlas
Natalie Portman (“V For Vendetta”) may be involved in a feature film version of David Mitchell’s novel. Tom Twyer (“The International”) is set to direct. The book is comprised of six seperate but loosely connected stories that take us from the remote South Pacific in the nineteenth century to the far future after a nuclear apocalypse. The Resident
Jeffrey Dean Morgan (“Watchmen”) will reteam with his “P.S, I Love You” co-star Hilary Swank for Hammer films’ new supernatural thriller. The story centers on a young doctor (Swank) who moves into a loft in Brooklyn where mysterious occurrences lead her to suspect that she is not alone in her home. She discovers that her seemingly charming landlord (Morgan) has developed a dangerous obsession with her, resulting in a terrifying game of cat and mouse. Source : The Hollywood Reporter
