“Crazy, Stupid, Love’s” Analeigh Tipton has joined the cast of “Viral”.
The indie thriller will be directed by “Paranormal Activity 4” helmers Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman. Barbara Marshall penned the script with edits by Christopher Landon.
The film follows a woman (Tipton) and her sister as they face a city-wide quarantine after their small suburban neighbourhood is affected by a parasitic virus.
Jason Blum will produce through his Blumhouse Prods with Chapter One Films’ Matt Kaplan and Sherryl Clark of Busted Shark. Stuart Ford and Matt Jackson of IM Global will exec produce with Charles Layton.
