Anatomy star has 27 Dresses

“Grey’s” regular stars in new Anne Fletcher film

Rising young actress – and someone whose price tag seems to be increasing by the minute, in accordance – Katherine Heigl (“Grey’s Anatomy”) will star in a new film from the director of “Step Up”.

According to Variety, Anne Fletcher’s “27 Dresses”tells of a single woman who has served as a bridesmaid 27 times. She is enlisted once again for the job, and this time it’s particularly painful: Her sister is marrying the man the bridesmaid is madly in love with.

Heigl’s in heavy-demand since her star skyrocketed thanks to her role as Izzie on “Anatomy”. She next appears in the comedy, “Knocked Up”.
