Woody Harrelson will play the bad guy in “War of the Planet of the Apes”, the upcoming third film in the “Apes” franchise since the classic series was rebooted.
Per Variety, the “No Country for Old Men” star will play a character called The Colonel in director Matt Reeves’ (“Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”) movie.
Harrelson joins the recently announced Gabriel Chavarria (“East Los High”) in the film, which is set to begin this Fall in Vancouver for a 2017 release.
