Avengers villain wants to take out the Hitman

Things have just gotten even busier for in-demand thesp Kretschmann (“Starlingrad”).

The actor, currently filling the baddie boots of Baron Strucker in “The Avengers” sequel, has signed on to play another rogue in the equally outlandish popcorn project “Agent 47”.

The ‘Hitman’ reboot stars “Homeland” alum Rupert Friend in the lead role of the bald assassin (a role originally resaved for the late Paul Walker). Kretschmann will play the villain, Le Clerq.
“Star Trek” star Zachary Quinto is also in the flick, playing another baddie.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Le Clerq (Kretschmann) plays “the chairman of an organization called Syndicate International, which is set on creating an army of unstoppable agents.”
Aleksander Bach directs. The movie is currently lensing in Berlin.
